Please read this policy carefully. This is the Return and Refund Policy of PicaMart.

PicaMart releases funds to your seller after you’ve received your item and given them a rating.

Physical products

We issue refunds for physical products within 7 days of the original purchase of the product.

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving your products.

  • Didn’t Get what you paid for?

We’ll issue you a refund if your order never ships or is not as described in the listing.

  • How does payment work?

    When you purchase an item on PicaMart, we hold payment to your seller until you confirm you’ve received your order and it is as described in the listing. You just need to rate your seller in order for payment to be released.
    If you don’t submit a Seller Rating within 3 days of receipt of the item, and if we can confirm delivery through the item’s tracking information, we’ll assume the transaction was successful and release payment to your seller.
    We reserve the right to rate transactions 3 days after confirmed delivery. Once we release payment, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.


  • What if the item is not what I expected?

    If you receive an order that’s damaged or not as described in the listing, please let us know within 3 days of delivery by contacting us via the Help Center in the Side Menu.
    Please do not rate your seller, as doing so will release payment and complete the transaction. Once the transaction has been completed, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.


  • What if my item is never shipped?

    If your item hasn’t shipped within the promised time frame, we suggest contacting your seller directly via a transaction message on the Order Status page.

    Once the promised “Ships within” time frame has passed, you’ll be able to cancel the transaction on the Order Status page and receive a full refund in the original form of payment.


  • What’s not covered?

    Transactions taken off the app are strictly prohibited by PicaMart’s Terms and Conditions. Our Buyer Protection Guarantee does not cover transactions performed outside of the PicaMart app and website, and listings or profiles soliciting transactions outside of PicaMart are subject to removal without notice.

    Additionally, we do not support refunds or returns for Prohibited Items.
